JOB DUTIES
- Develop and build power supplies and other electronic peripherals for etching systems by reading and modifying CAD blueprints, and electrical schematic drawings.
- Build robotic system specializing in etching tools, which will lead to building other etching tools that utilizes plasma technology.
- Maintain and repair semiconductor analytical equipment, including TDS machine (Thermal Disposition Spectrometer) such as WT288 and WT488, or thin film measurement, as required.
- Install etching and other process equipment machines, utilizing RF generators and Vacuum tools, and utilize RGA (residual gas analyzers).
- Physically network machines for progression analyses and calibration, by performing networking, hardware installation, and troubleshooting work.
- Maintain company’s machines at customers’ sites.
